Watson Elementary School
A diamond in the rough is how we perceived Watson Elementary School. Once wrought with vandalism, dark hallways, broken windows in the classroom and unvented, dismal bathrooms, this 50,000-square-foot Little Rock School District facility was renovated to provide new flooring, paint, windows, lighting and venting for the restrooms, and protected with a vandal-resistant coating on the exterior brick. A new 2,600-square-foot classroom addition was constructed at the same time of the renovation.
